PHIL MORRISON – President/CEO
Phil founded D&A Group Services, along with Manny Cabral in 1988. His business sense and organizational strategies have allowed D&A Group Services to excel and become an industry leader. Phil’s exceptional business knowledge, expertise in analytics, and data driven thinking, are some of the reasons for the overall evolution of D&A Group Services. He is recognized for the knowledge he has brought to the industry, and is an advocate for progress throughout the business landscape. Phil continues to drive D&A Group Services to new levels of growth and performance.
MANNY CABRAL – Executive Vice President and COO
Manny founded D&A Group Services, along with Phil Morrison, in 1988, and is a well-respected innovator within the industry. Manny oversees the day-to-day operations of D&A Group Services, and is hands on with all aspects of operations. He is widely recognized for his leadership, as well as the long-term strategic planning of the company. Manny plays a vital role in the development and progress of the company, and his experience reflects the success of D&A Group Services.
ELIZABETH FRANCISCO – Senior Director, Business Development
Elizabeth is the Senior Director of Business Development with D&A Group Services. Elizabeth collaborates with all members of the Senior Leadership team to ensure an excellent client experience across all client integrations, from needs assessment through to delivery and follow up. Elizabeth has extensive experience in Sales, Legal, Client Services Management, Vendor Management and creditors’ relief knowledge, which allows her to provide sound business solutions and have a holistic perspective. Elizabeth’s strength lies in developing long lasting relationships based on a foundation of trust, integrity and outstanding performance.
DORGER MANOHAR – Manager of Sales and Business Development
Dorger has been an integral part of the Sales and Marketing for D&A Group Services since 2009. He is responsible for the solicitation and development of D&A Group Services’ Enterprise clients. Dorger has extensive experience in Sales and Marketing, Client Services Management, Operations Management, Collections, Call Centers, and Outsourcing which provides him with the skills and knowledge to examine every client portfolio and deliver D&A value and support that maintain the highest quality standards and achieving Clients financial performance metrics.
LISA ROTONDI – Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager
Lisa has been with D&A Group Services since 2008, and oversees all aspects of Compliance and Quality Assurance. She works hand-in-hand with all the Collection Managers and Supervisors and supports their efforts through conducting formal audits, implementing quality control procedures, building compliance models, and coordinating and executing training programs. She also works collaboratively and closely with all of our clients to ensure that quality standards and compliance measures are intact.
MARK NICKASON – Division Operation Manager
Mark has been with D&A Group Services since 1999, with a keen sense for the business, he transitioned from junior representative to team lead for one of D&A’s retail divisions. He then moved through several divisions to gain wide experience and exposure to all facets of the business. In 2011, Mark was promoted to National Operations Manager overseeing several groups in Ontario as well as D&A’s Quebec branch. Mark is an extremely hard working individual and has tremendous respect for all client’s both big and small and continues to be one of D&A’s success stories.
RAY CARUANA – Division Operation Manager
Ray has been with D&A Group Services since 1991, in his current role as Operations Manager for the Ontario Retail Division he maintains the success of Clients in a wide variety of sectors. His department covers everything from Education to Utility, and Ray works with the rest of D&A’s management team to develop and deliver industry leading results, training and business practices. Ray is not only involved with the recovery of debt, but in addition, a huge proponent on the education side. Being an advocate for assisting students manage debt, having spoken in front of universities, colleges, and other institutions on topics that focus on the need to educate the student community on managing their heavy debt loads and being responsible with their finances.
LORNE SMITH – Division Operation Manager
Lorne has been with D&A Group Services since 2003, and is responsible for overseeing the company’s Financial Industry business unit. In this leadership role he represents D&A Group Services’ largest business unit. He is recognized for his leadership and for being a key contributor to D&A Group Services’ success. Lorne is responsible for a major financial institution account and a portfolio that continues to grow.
STEPHANE ROLLAND – Branch Manager, Eastern Operations
Stéphane is the Quebec Branch Manager for D&A Group Services, has been with D & A Group Services since 2008, in the Eastern Canada Division, located in Laval, Quebec. Stéphane is responsible for overall operations management and development at D & A Group Services in Eastern Canada. Stéphane has over 15 years of experience in the field of collection and works closely with the head office of D & A Group Services to ensure all policies and practices comply with the laws of Quebec and it is an integral part in the collaboration and success of the two offices of D & A Group Services.
JASON NAZIM – Human Resources
Jason oversees all aspects of Human Resources at D&A Group Services, offering over 15 years of experience in his role. Jason’s main responsibilities include personnel management, health and safety benefits administration, and HR policy development. Some of his other duties with D&A Group Services include vendor management, ensuring employees uphold the company’s values of People, Partners and Performance, and the mission of the company, which is “Everyday we strive to create a sustainable business by driving results for our Clients through maintaining their financial performance and reputation.”
